Article Processing Charges (APC)

The publication provides unhindered access to scientific publications under the Diamond Open Access model, which meets the highest global standards of open science. This model provides for the complete absence of fees from authors for submitting, reviewing and publishing articles (APC — Article Processing Charges), as well as free access to full texts for readers.

Publication of articles in the journal is completely free for all authors at all stages: we do not charge fees for submission (submission fees), reviewing or processing (APC) of manuscripts. Full open access to content is provided at the expense of the publisher's resources, which allows us to maintain high standards of scientific publication without a financial burden on authors. No hidden payments for authors or readers are provided

Financial capacity and technical support of the publication (in particular, payment for DOI, checking for plagiarism, hosting, support for the OJS platform) is implemented at the expense of the resources of the co-publisher — Independent Publisher Zhanneta Kozina.  Co-publisher H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University provides institutional support and adherence to academic standards.

This model was chosen to support Ukrainian scientists in difficult wartime and is aimed at maximum citation of publications, which is confirmed by the absence of any financial barriers for authors and the international scientific community.
